SBC Inc registration as an association completed on 2 July 08

After a long process of voluntary corporate deregistration in December 2007, our Club is now "Scandinavian Business Club Inc Incorporated" and registered from 2 July 2008 as an association under the NSW Associations Incorporation Act, 1984.

This change reduces the cost of compliance without compromising the Club's traditional aims, objectives and operating procedures.

The new agreed Memorandum of Association and By-laws will be posted on this website shortly. The main change is moving the Club's financial year from January - December to July - June.

A hard copy of the Memorandum of Association and By-laws is available to all financial members on request.
