Registration

The Scandinavian Business Club Inc registered as an association under the NSW Associations Incorporation Act, 1984. (Inc nr INC9889669).

Management Committee / Office bearers

Our Annual General Meeting is normally held just before the close of our financial and membership year being 30 June. A Management Committee is elected at the AGM. At the next General Meeting, the Management Committee elects office bearers for the next membership year.

The Management Committee usually meets on the first Wednesday of each alternate month. Other sub-committees are formed from time to time.

Accounts & Audits

Our club maintains a full set of accounts which are audited.

Membership Fees

Fees are applicable for the year from 1^st July to 30 June. * Membership lapses if subsequent annual renewals are unpaid 2 months after 1 July.

Being registered as an Association, GST is not applicable and Tax Invoices cannot be issued.

*	A 50% reduction applies if you join between 1 January and 31 March.
**	Includes 1 Senior + 3 Associate Memberships. Associates do not have voting rights.

Payments

Cheques, money orders and direct deposits are accepted. The Application Forms have our bank account details. Sorry, no credit cards.
